Use | Use O-SEC-butyl phenol is an intermediate for the preparation of SEC-dingwei |
o-butylphenol is prepared by the reaction of phenol and butene-2.
The melted phenol is sucked into the metering tank, and then the phenol aluminum reaction kettle is put into the metering tank, and the temperature is heated by stirring. When the temperature rises to 150 ℃, the measured aluminum particles begin to react and release hydrogen. The reaction liquid rises and rises by itself. The temperature can reach 165~170 ℃, the pressure rises to 3.9 × 105~5.9 × 105Pa, and the reaction is maintained at 165~170 ℃ for 0.5h. The phenol aluminum content ≥ 3% is the qualified phenol aluminum phenol solution. Aluminum phenol as catalyst.
The above qualified phenol aluminum solution is pressed into an alkylation reactor, and the measured 2-butene is introduced when the temperature is raised to 210 ℃ under stirring. The reaction temperature is controlled to 230~240 ℃ and the pressure is 1.3 × 106~1.5 × 106Pa. After 2-butene is passed, it reacts at 210 ℃ for 0.5h. The alkylation reaction solution was distilled after vacuum primary distillation to obtain unreacted phenol, o-sec-butylphenol (content ≥ 98%) and kettle solution containing 2,6-di-sec-butylphenol.
